Limited Warranties

Tadmur Trading & Contracting WLL stands behind the quality of its products by offering limited warranties on select items. These warranties apply exclusively to the original retail purchaser, are non-transferable, and cover manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranties do not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty Coverage

• Water System: 30 months warranty on all electrical parts from the date of the invoice, 5 years on the filter body, 6 years on the water heater body, and 7 years on the chiller compressor.
• Air Conditioning (ACs): 1year general warranty and 5 years on the compressor.
• Home Appliances: 1year general warranty and 5 years on the refrigerator compressor.
• Sanitaryware: 5 years warranty.
• Mixers: 5 years warranty.
• Wooden Kitchens & Wardrobes: 3 years warranty.
• Solid surface: 10 years warranty
• Chiller: Compressor 5 years, 2 years on electrical parts.
